Blair Haddow is offering a scholarship for study at AUT in the Bachelor of Business to a student who is seen as a good role model by peers and teachers and who has excelled in effort and achievement in their first year of the Bachelor of Business.

Description:

BACKGROUND

Blair is an accomplished business and real estate executive, renowned for handling some of Auckland’s most exclusive properties. Through superior negotiation skills, complete professionalism, and a robust knowledge of how to prepare and match high-end properties with the ideal buyer, every client achieves a significantly successful outcome. Blair has remained in the top 5% of Bayleys agents for more than a decade and is regularly ranked one of the top salespeople across Bayleys nationwide, with $600M in sales in the Greater Ponsonby area. Blair understands people as well as he understands quality, which is why Blair is passionate about supporting people to achieve their best, providing support to advance their skills and elevate members of the community.

Amount and Type of Award:

One scholarship will be offered in 2024 with the potential for future scholarships assessed on an annual basis.
The scholarship will cover the tuition and compulsory student fees (domestic equivalent) for full-time study in Year 2 of the Bachelor of Business.
The possibility of extending the scholarship to cover the tuition of the scholarship recipient's final year of the Bachelor of Business will be assessed case by case.

Tenure:

The tenure of the scholarship is one year of full-time study in the eligible bachelor's degree programme.

Important Information:

In addition to the scholarship, the successful scholar may be mentored or have arranged meetings with Blair to discuss career insights, expertise in business management and general career advice.
