Faculty of Design and Creative Technologies Dean's Merit Scholarship - Latin America - S1 2024

Brief Description:

Auckland University of Technology (AUT) and the Faculty of Design and Creative Technologies provide scholarships to recognise and support high achieving international students as they begin their journey in becoming great graduates of AUT.

Applicants must be citizens of one of the following countries:
  • Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, Peru, and Ecuador
Please refer to the Regulations for eligibility and conditions.

Applications will remain open until all spaces have been filled.

Amount and Type of Award:

  • Total number on offer: 10
  • Value: NZ$10,000

Tenure:

One year only.

Important Information:

  • Eligible programmes are bachelor’s degree and master’s degree of 120 points or more in duration within the Faculty of Design and Creative Technologies.
  • International students are not citizens, permanent residents nor resident visa holders of New Zealand or Australia.
  • The scholarship will be paid as a compulsory fees credit towards the first year of study in a master’s degree or over three years for a bachelor’s degree at AUT.
  • AUT is not obliged to make an award if there is no candidate of sufficient merit.
  • The regulations are periodically reviewed by the University Scholarships Committee and are subject to change.
